New Tab Extensions Not Working in Vivaldi

Hello I use a Chrome extension called Infinity New Tab which is basically a customizable homepage for new tabs. I tried setting it as my new tab page and I also tried other similar extensions but I cannot get any new tab extension to work. It always opens the default Vivaldi new tab page instead. I went to Settings> Start Page and tried all the settings I could find but I still cannot get the new tab page to work with any extension.

Could you please advise how I can fix this?

I think theres a option where you need to toggle managed by external extension or something like that. Im not with my laptop rn so not sure of the option but toggling that will let you do what you wanted

I checked both Vivaldi settings and the extension settings but I couldn’t find any option like that.
