Farmer X edc if only…

…I had a corkscrew option. I have a Rally for the Phillips screwdriver on my keys, but the corkscrew is one of those tools that when you need it, you need it.

If you don’t need the awl, the Huntsman has almost the same toolset, with a small blade instead of it also has the back layer tools and the scale tools. I have a Farmer X and love having the awl, but I do miss the scale tools and back tools.

you can open a bottle without a corkscrew btw.

True. But I don't drink, so the corkscrew is useless to me for it's intended purpose. However, I use the point to untie tight knots, and I keep the flathead eyegalss screwdriver in it.

I do the same though I sometimes open wine bottles in family meetings.

True, but it’s tedious and can lead to a broken cork. Plus I love that pop.

Wonder if someone could 3d print a cover to slip over the awl to make a marlin spike
