My beloved explorer had the perfect toolset except the nail file so I sacrificed the small blade that never got used. Ground the edge off, broke the edges all around, and hit one side with a diamond bit to rough it up to about a 1200 grit and then superglued 300 grit on the other side. It’s now more functional than the factory nail file

I had a buddy with a bunch of sets red blue and green he wasn’t using, these have been on 10~ years or so.

Also I’ve been friends with Roger Remund (Swiss Bianco) for 20 years so I have access to more parts than the average person

Side note- I can’t wait to show him this at blade next week. He’s going to be furious since it’s not original parts

Thats an awesome connection! Any chance your ''buddy'' is offloading or selling any of those sets? Or you know of anyone, also thats very cool you have access to loads more parts! (I dream of having tools and parts to make customs to my hearts intent, AKA the dream EDC sak lol)
