My beloved explorer had the perfect toolset except the nail file so I sacrificed the small blade that never got used. Ground the edge off, broke the edges all around, and hit one side with a diamond bit to rough it up to about a 1200 grit and then superglued 300 grit on the other side. It’s now more functional than the factory nail file

I’ve thought about swapping out the small blade for a file from a Sportsman.

I love the sportsman. It’s the perfect minimum toolset
