Giant bowl of nice cream, 388 calories
I've been enjoying giant bowls of nice cream for dinner lately, and the worth it factor is so good with how nourishing they feel and how much food it is! It takes me quite a long time to eat and I easily make it to bedtime without getting hungry again.
I use the Orgain simple protein powder, 20g of protein, about a banana and a half, and lots of ice, and then I change up the other frozen fruits every day. Today was the frozen bananas, vanilla protein powder, peaches, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and ice. Yesterday, I did the chocolate orgain simple protein powder and frozen cherries.
Highly recommend!! ๐๐๐๐ฅญ๐ฅ
Let me know if you have any flavor combos to suggest!

I do this same thing and canโt believe how filling and large it is. Like I have a real dessert! ๐ I had to switch to Kachava natural protein powder because I was also using the Orgain and it caused a bit of bloating for me. For fruity, I like to use the frozen mangoes from Traders with my frozen banana and almond milk. Very fresh combo! And I love frozen raspberries and TJโs frozen wild blueberries. If Iโm craving chocolate, I add cocoa and PB2 and top it with mini marshmallows and mini lilyโs chocolate chips and a couple nuts for my own Rocky Road. Love the peaches idea. Iโve actually heated up peaches or apples with cinnamon and monkfruit brown sugar and topped the nice cream with it. Wow this reply got really long. I got too excited ๐

Is it difficult to blend the frozen bananas?
There's a frozen banana custard stand that does this, and they use the fancy Vitamix blenders (which I don't own).
What do you use to blend? Do you ever add oat milk or does that make it too runny?
