Full day Hit 85g Protein & 1438 Calories

Was hoping to hit 48g at dinner but could only eat half so today is another day :)

Don't forget to grind your flaxseeds before you add them to things. I just buy them already ground so I don't have to think about it :) Otherwise looks great!

Maybe it depends on the variety, but the ones I get turn purple/deep red on the outside when they’re nice and ripe.
