Really liked these kelp noodles, first time trying them. Does Oscar Mayer no longer make not dogs? Found Impossible dogs and tried one instead.

I really like the lightlife smart dogs, they taste very hotdoggy, from what I remember

What are the knots on the salad? Bean curd?

Yes, tofu or bean curd knots. I've found them frozen and dried at asian markets. I bet you can order dried online.

How do you make yours btw? I usually throw them into soups but never thought to have them in a salad!

I had frozen knots, and braised them in water until it was mostly reduced then added vegan oyster sauce. If you can spare the fats, they would be nice seared.
