EMR Customer Service Supervisor

Wondering if anyone can help me, I recently applied for a customer service supervisor role at Nottingham and have been put through to the next stage of the interview.

Can anyone give me an idea of the types of shifts customer service supervisors work? I know the ad mentioned maybe having to do earlies, evenings and nights. Are nights a common thing in the role?

Also any tips/info anyone has for the interview itself would be appreciated. I’m familiar with STAR etc, but if anyone has anything role specific that would be great!
