Ragazzi ho scaricato dreamfall chapters e vorrei installare la patch in italiano ma non ci riesco mi dà errore con xdelta

Is that an official patch? I don't see Italian language support on steam. If it's an unofficial patch, please give more information(copy-paste the error, where did you get the patch, etc). You can also ask for help where you found the patch. They know more and can help you more than we can.

Non è ufficiale però ad altri ha funzionato Questo è il messaggio che ricevo al tentativo di patch su ogni file:

"Applico patch su: sharedassets64.assets xdelta3: source file too short: XD3_INVALID_INPUT xdelta3: normally this indicates that the source file is incorrect xdelta3: please verify the source file with sha1sum or equivalent"

Questo il messaggio finale "Patch applicate con successo. Premere un tasto per continuare . . ."

La cartella "modificati" resta comunque sempre vuota.

Google says this error usually happens when the file the patch is modifying does not match the file the patch expects.

I'd try:

  1. Is the patch for the version of the game you have installed? There are two versions of this game: dreamfall chapters and dreamfall chapters final cut. The patch probably won't work on the version it's not made for.

  2. If the version matches, your installation might be corrupted. On steam, go to library, right-click "Dreamfall Chapters", click "properties", click "installed files", click "verify integrity of game files". If you don't use steam, google instructions or do a full reinstall.
