All these people not saying Sunny Afternoon. That's the most prominent bass line i can think of, one that drives the song. ETA: I have no idea who played it. I've never really kept track of the non Davies members of the band.

Easy way to keep track is anything past Village Green aside from a few tracks on Arthur, it’s all John Dalton until Sleepwalker. Anything village green and before is Pete.

Dave played the bass on that recording as Pete was suffering from injuries from his motorcycle accident. John Dalton also filled in during this period.
