Really looking into watching a good series which keeps me hooked in my holidays

Hannibal (2013-2015)

Preacher (2016-2019) - Skip if you're offended by uses of Christan figures in a negative and explicit way. Example, the descendant of Jesus is a mentally challenged man due to too much inbreeding.

More people should've watched Preacher. Hilarious, incredible acting, also great acting. Ruth Negga is a queen.

Ozark is basically the closest thing to Breaking Bad if you haven't seen it yet, but since BCS is your favorite I'd go with Slow Horses or Severance - both have that same kind of tight writing and character depth where you're invested in what happens next

The 100 if you liked GOT for the moral complexity and no clear heroes, this scratches a similar itch. Starts slow but Season 2 onwards gets genuinely dark and intense. 7 seasons, now free on Pluto TV.
