I was at a mall and went past this weird ride. A Taiko no Tatsujin Kiddie Ride (Keep in mind this is Indonesia which only has 3 working Taiko cabinets countrywide,​ so this appearing is very weird)

All you do is press the drum when it changes color to red or blue, no music, and there's a drum roll at the end. (The whole thing goes back and forth swinging)

Haven't seen anyone else say anything about this. What do you guys think?

It's more fun with chopsticks! I only got a weird look from my cat who may understand the concept of chopsticks at some level.

While the motion control is still shit, it's gotten a little better after calibration.

I want the drum so bad but can't justify the price for something that probably will be way too noisy in an apartment with almost no sound insulation.

I went to the arcade today, and there was a machine there of this game. I've never played before, but it seemed like fun, so I gave it a play. At the end of the songs there's a bunch of characters that appear, and I was absolutely enraptured by this little creature so I took a picture. Anyways I want to know if a higher resolution image of him exists so I can make him my discord pfp.

I honestly think this song is easy at this difficulty level, even though I get a lot of "ok"s.

Hi ive recently got really into taiko so my mother bought me a pair of arcade sticks to use. The thing is im kinda scared to use my own sticks as im not exactly amazing at the game (i play 7-8 star hard stages with give or take 10 mistakes ish). Im just worried people will judge me for bring my own sticks cuz its something usually only really good players do. Im only 15 which makes it even worse lol

But I can't chunk it properly. Tbh I FC-ed this song through sheer memory on the notes.

I read from others that there is pattern and there'll break it up into 3/4/5 notes at a time but I can't seem to know how.

I'm just starting out to learn extreme mode but it's rather difficult because I end up memorising the notes position rather than learning about the patterns.

Any tips?
