NAS hardware Why does my 1520 show almost full?

I have a 1520.
I get warnings that the unit is almost full. However, when I go in and look at my files, none of my files are that large. I have tried to delete files, but it doesn’t go down. In other words after I delete files it still shows it’s almost completely full.
Have also emptied my trash and going to the other processes that have been suggested for clearing things out.
Any ideas why my 1520 shows almost completely full?

Go to storage manager click on storage on the left, then the three dots on the right near the bottom in-line with your volume name and select 'usage details'. Does this help?

Most likely suspects are snapshots that still require those files.

I don’t think I am using snapshots. Where can I control that?

Maybe it's something else. What do the usage details say? You use 'Snapshot Replication' to manage snapshots.

My usage details show: shared folder = 2.1 TB, LUN 4.4 TB, Snology Drive 21.4 MB, Others 32.2 TB. What is "Others" and how can I check that? Also, I no longer use LUN. How can I delete that?
