Post-op care Erholung nach Sterilisation
Hallo zusammen, ich habe mich vor 2 Tagen sterilisieren lassen. Ich bin nach wie vor glücklich mit der Entscheidung. Nur frage ich mich, ob es normal ist, dass es mir grade körperlich nicht so gut geht…
Ich hatte die Narkose nicht gut vertragen und mein Blutdruck ist während der OP stark abgesunken. Im Aufwachraum brauchte ich eine Infusion und was gehen Übelkeit und um mein Herz wieder in Schwung zu bringen. Mein Freund brachte mich nach Hause und ich schlief erstmal sehr lange. Am zweiten Tag ging es mir definitiv besser. Ich konnte kochen und mich bisschen bewegen. Klar, Schmerzen waren definitiv da aber aushaltbar. Heute am 3. Tag gehts mir garnicht gut… wie fühle mich wie von einem LKW überfahren und mir tut alles weh. Ich bin komplett erschöpft. Ich weiß nicht, ob es vielleicht an den 30 Grad draußen liegt und mein Kreislauf einfach schwächelt.
Hat jemand von euch Erfahrungen? Wie liefen die Tage bei euch nach der Sterilisation ab?

It took me about 5 days after surgery to not feel like total shit. And my recovery overall has been slow. So I wouldn't be too concerned but definitely keep track of your recovery. If you don't notice any improvement or a decline, reach out to your doctor. In the meantime try to move a little everyday and make sure you are eating enough food to recover.

Today it‘s better. I try to eat enough but it‘s hart to be honst :( Today I went grocery shopping and it was so hard to even lift a sixpack water… i hope it gets besser the next days and thankyou for your comment :)

I got mine done on Wednesday, I feel like the worst of it was the neck pain. I am a little sore today but haven't used any pain meds today. The cramping hasn't been bad, at worst it was like moderate period cramps for me. However I did have some constipation, and a little nausea. I'm glad I got it done, it's a huge weight off my shoulders now but it will be great once all the side effects subside.

Some people have a lingering reaction to the opioids used as part of the anesthesia. I was basically fine by the end of day two. If you're still feeling super shitty tomorrow I'd reach out to your care team.
