Orcbomm 2 Launch - November 2014?

Has anyone heard if this launch is still on for November? Last I heard, the Orbcomm payload readiness was still in question.

Maybe if we're lucky. Orbcomm's website says:

ORBCOMM anticipates launching the remaining eleven OG2 satellites and enhanced OG2 services as early as the end of the fourth quarter of 2014

Going by their website I think December is more likely. Maybe even January.

I know I read that the six Orbcomm2 sats already launched are already carrying 20% of their system's total workload. I think I remember reading that they ha decided to take their time checking out the rest of the constellation before launching it. So, yes, delay seems entirely possible.
