bought this at a garage sale for a dollar, ive been looking online for 15-20 minutes but have found nothing but the hanky pin in the second picture. pls help

Based on the fact that its a square piece of foam with a mr hankey, I'm gonna say its a butt sponge for cleaning your ass.

Hahaha I thought the foam was just to protect it and it was one of those things to put on your door handle like a do not disturb sign I’m taking a Mr Hankey

Pretty sure it’s from one of those claw machine arcade games. They often put small objects on foam blocks or something else to make them less difficult to grab. Neat that the block is South Park branded though.
