They can wrap other food items other than burgers in this paper. Perhaps they could call it “food item”, but in this case using “product” is perfectly fine. And yes, we do understand that this is a reference to the McD’s CEO

the McD CEO stunt always makes me chuckle but I just wanted food, not a product😢
