Well, back at EVO 2013, Infiltration was playing SFxT next to the Melee area and Shroomed asked him what he thought about Blanka. Infiltration said he was okay, took his shoes off, rubbed his socks on the carpet and poked Shroomed in the forehead, giving him a shock.

And that's why Blanka isn't in SFV.

Even as a joke... why Pika? There's a good handful of characters that make way more sense. I can probably name at least 5 characters that are known for being annoying, and then there's plenty of more characters that are considered more frustrating to fight than Pikachu in any of his games in the series (Besides MAYBE 64): Melee Puff, Brawl MK, Icies in general, Sm4sh Sonic, Bayonetta, Rosaluma, Cloud all come to mind.

Not really gonna hate on you for this, but I'm just... confused.

I am not having issues with Pikachu, I guess I wasn't being clear enough lol.

I probably misunderstood the post, but I meant as in Pikachu is shocking and Blanka is also shocking, they both have electric powers so they can both be removed from their games easily by "shocking" Dejuan Energy McDaniel.

However, even if I said that I think Pika is annoying, I still don't get why I'd be downvoted for it. So I'm allowed to be annoyed by a character that is widely considered to be cancer such as Cloud or Sonic, but I'm not allowed to be annoyed by a character most aren't annoyed by?

As far as I know even Zelda can be annoying to me and it shouldn't warrant a downvote, ever.

I have nothing against the opinion that seemed to be stated in your comment but it was something that just seemed oddly different. Maybe it's bias as a Pikachu main.

Dude as I said, I didn't mean it, but even if I did, it shouldn't be odd because Pika is high tier and people are bound to complain about them.

I mean don't get me wrong I'm a Rosa main and I've also learned not to complain about any character ever(from my Melee background), but IDK why people would be so surprised to know that I'd be complaining about a high tier character.

It was nothing crazy. While interviewing Shroomed for the Fan Mail segment, we asked him how he was feeling for Summit. He said was particularly energized, as he started the day off with a Braingear and an apple--thus, "Dajuan 'Energy' McDaniel".

Not one of the attendees, but apparently someone asked Shroomed whether he had energy or not and he said that his middle name was "Energy". Everything else in the video was not explained and probably random.

Dunno why there are so many completely wrong answers posted already.

We were trying to shoot a You're Watching SFAT, but no matter where we set up, Shroomed would run in and shout some catchphrase he made up after drinking a full case of Braingear. I finally decided that we could shoot outside on the balcony so Shroomed couldn't see us, but then he called SFAT's phone and had made the stupid catchphrase into a ringtone.

By this point we'd spent over 7 hours trying to film a 30 second video, so we just kept the mistake and ran with it.
