[Melee] Hi, I'm Dr.Peepee, ask me anything!

Hey guys, I was asked by Prog to make this post, and it sounded pretty fun so I decided to do it. I love talking to people and about smash so this is right up my alley haha. Like the title says, ask me anything!

Hey dude thanks a lot for doing this. I became a fan when I watched a bunch of matches from the Kings of Cali tournament the other day; your matches against Mango were so hype. I haven't paid attention to the Melee scene in years (like since around the time Ken was a big deal) but I've been playing a LOT of Project M lately and wanted to check out what the modern Melee scene was like. You guys didn't disappoint.

I have a few questions: Vibration, On/Off? Do most professional Smashers you know tend to prefer one setting over the other, or does the community seem to be pretty split? Personally, I like learning new characters with Vibration On (I feel that it helps with intuitively grasping their wavedash timing and whatnot) but I prefer to play with Vibration Off once I'm familiar with the character.

When you play in Training Mode, what do you practice? Do you work on a technique individually or just bounce around the stage, practicing several techniques at once? Since your current Training Mode regimen is probably way out of my league, what did you practice in Training Mode as a beginner/intermediate player to get to where you are now?

Glad you enjoyed my matches! Be sure to watch Apex bracket for more greatness =)

Vibration is pretty split in the community but I think more like it off than on.

Read some of my earlier comments to see how I train, but I did almost nothing but training mode when I started playing and did that for about a year haha. I didn't as an intermediate player but played all of the time so it was okay. Now I'm finally starting to love training(not the mode usually) back at the top haha. It's odd.
