6 - 12 months No idea what to do 😓
My 7.5 month old has been relentlessly waking every hour overnight, and I’m at a loss as to why or what I might be doing wrong. Some nights are better than others, and she’ll occasionally give me a 3-hour stretch, but over the last few days things have really taken a turn for the worse.
She wakes around 7am and follows 3 / 3.5 / 4 wake windows. I cap her total daytime sleep at 2.5 hours, and she goes to sleep independently from awake at bedtime.
The biggest struggle is the early morning wakes. If she’s been crying for more than 20 minutes, the only thing that seems to settle her is nursing.
I’m just feeling really stuck and unsure what I’m missing. If anyone has any pointers, suggestions, or similar experiences, I’d really appreciate hearing them. 😠Could this simply come down to temperament? She is an intense screamer and does not take well to trying to calm down.

Dim lights, calm play, book etc. I don’t even know how much sleep she gets lately. Maybe 10 hrs all up

What's your bedtime routine? How much does she sleep on average over 24 hours? Is she in her own room?
