Looking to buy "Heavens Trash" CD

I've always wondered why this bootleg cover is a picture of a London tube train and not a Chicago "L" train since that's where this show was recorded. Or even just a Vancouver skytrain.

Not much about that cover makes sense. I'd like to know why whoever made it decided it was a great idea to have an empty tube wagon on it.
