Signal jammers

Just bought a Wired Freedom. Thinking of putting a GPS tracker on/in it (addition to an AirTag). Are bike thieves using signal jammers? Is it worth while to get one?

I mean, they’re not very fancy. You can make one for less than $50.

There are lots of tweakers who a very good at subversive tech. Source: I used to be a tweaker and knew lots of people in the tweaker hacker community. Like, don’t plug your phone into the charging block from dude’s backpack or just give out your WiFi password willy nilly. “No. You can not just log in to your Gmail account quick on my laptop.” A Venn diagram of the tweaker community and the anarchist hacker community has a lot of overlap.

I've thought about wiring up my bike with a meshcore node for tracking.
