I need buying advice

I have a different lawn so I have a lot of fruit trees like apples, pears, cherry, plum and like a lot of them also my lawn isn't completely even there are some places where the land will change and I have a green house and stuff flower Beds and I love in a colder climate country and my options are Kärcher RCX 4 or Sunseeker S5 or Dreame a1 pro I'm planning to buy any of them soon

Can you add some images of your property? What was your criteria for choosing between those 3 options? There are a lot of other brands, so I am just trying to help narrow down based on what you are looking for.

Your yard with dense fruit trees and undulating ground puts high demands on climbing and obstacle avoidance, you'd better focus on each unit's actual passability around tree trunks and uneven slopes before deciding.
