Did I overcook this? After | Before

I’m worried the masking in the top left corner doesn’t look natural and that the greens are oversaturated

It looks obviously edited but I like it. What lens/body did you use?

Really? What’s SO obvious? Seems a bit warmer and obviously cropped, but… not much IMO

I agree with the ‘you can tell it’s edited’. You can just tell the scene wouldn’t look so warm IRL. But to be clear, in my opinion that’s not a bad thing, the edit is good. It could do with some cooler tones in the shadows to balance the warmth but otherwise it’s nice.

Some people have a rage boner for things not looking ‘natural’ but I see this attitude mostly from people who aren’t photographers and only when they see the before and after.
