To replace the $3.9 billion the U.S. sends to Israel in military aid annually, Mike Rogers and Adam Smith have added a section to the 2027 National Defense Authorization Act that would expand U.S.-Israel military cooperation through joint research, manufacturing, technology sharing and data fusion.
