Any thoughts?

Not terrible, but wouldn't recommend it. Without deals, this just isnt a great value for this price range in my opinion.
You can get the 5800XT bundle from microcenter for $300, would give you a better cpu and save you a few dollars on the cpu, mobo and ram. Or another $50 gets you ddr5, mobo and a 7600X, or you can get the 7600X3D bundle too.
Also like another user suggested, looking at used market would help the value side as well.

what are you using the pc for?
are you buying parts in the united states?
if so, do you have a microcenter near you?

Id really suggest used ram and a used gpu for this budget, possibly mobo/cpu as well. Id make some other changes as well, this is using only new prices. Id also buy the 5600/x off newegg for $115-120 https://pcpartpicker.com/list/nQDPXf
