help please

I have a 3k limit and I need up because everyone I know who has a pc helped me with this list but I added some of my twists and it’s 4k and I need help from someone to help me bring it down to 3k removing some stuff but not the case https://pcpartpicker.com/list/BWpFg3

I want rgb on everything i can and screens in and on the case. Im the opposite of a minimalism type of person

Then you will either have to lower your specs to fit the budget or find money elsewhere to make it happen.

I'm like that too, I have 7800X3D + 5070Ti, and I got mine when things were cheaper (mostly 1-2 years ago), and everything still cost me about $3.5K. There is just no way to put together a 9800X3D + 5080 with less than $3k
