help please

I have a 3k limit and I need up because everyone I know who has a pc helped me with this list but I added some of my twists and it’s 4k and I need help from someone to help me bring it down to 3k removing some stuff but not the case https://pcpartpicker.com/list/BWpFg3

I could cut some more corners in this https://pcpartpicker.com/list/HxX3yF build, but i want to ask if the case is absolutely airtight necessary for you, also is an aio screen needed?

it is all wants but i can replace the case and buy a universial screen

Also argb ram. If you can choose a case you like around 200 dollars less than this one would be ideal.

You also need to consider what case fans to buy which can significantly ramp up costs.
