Troubleshooting No input to monitors

Post image

I recently had a power outage and after rebooting my PC both of my monitors are not receiving input. I'm thinking the PSU is the issue but having trouble confirming. I've pulled the 24 pin and tested with a jumper. All the voltages look good. The only issue I can see visually is one of the pins on that cable is slightly melted and recessed but still shows proper voltage. Is it enough to cause the issue is my main question? I've tried multiple monitors and cables, did a hard reboot, and changed the motherboard battery. The graphics is on board so no way to test that separately that I know of.

The picture shows "pin 10" slightly melted but see no other visual issues other than that. Any input appreciated before I start dishing out money. Lol

It's posible it's not connecting properly but honestly if you have melted connectors id replace the psu asap.

I've since then replaced the PSU but no fix. I've also checked the monitors elsewhere and they work. I inserted an old graphics card I had but still nothing. I think that narrows it down to motherboard/processor.

It's very possible you had an electrical surge right before the outage, that would explain the burnt connector and it probably took things out. Do you have a debut light flashing on your motherboard?

This motherboard doesn't have any lights, which I thought odd and never noticed. Lol
