You have grounding issue with your outlets....Call electrician to make inspection of all outlets...

A grounding cable should not have an electrical load on it unless a device is short circuiting and thus a problem in itself regardless of being grounded or not. It's a safety feature and not a utility.

Fixing the grounding on the outlet will not prevent current going where it's not supposed to go.

A PC case should never have electrical current running through it.

It improves wireless conections like wifi

You may die. But sure if you don't value your life then don't care about those things.

"is PC grounding that important?"

The whole PC is grounded by the cable that goes into the PSU, the cable that powers the PC;

This cable connects to the ground every component, case included.

This in normal situation, if you actually get a mild shock when touching the PC it could be a ground fault: from the PC case not connected property to the ground (thru the main board) or from one of the other PC components;

It could be worse: The cable that power the PC could have broken ground or have no ground line (improbable) or the outlet has a missing ground connection (highly dangerous)

The worst case is that the line is someway leaking into ground, but in that case the socks should be always the same, you touch the PC get a shock, and after 1 second or less, you touch the PC and get the same shock again:

See, when grounding is not properly connected the electrical charges shouldn't build up so fast, it should still take many seconds to build up for the next shock.

That’s not how electricity works 😅 a sheet of metal that has zero capacitance is not going to slowly build up a charge (and yes in the world of electricity, 1s is a long time). The electrocution would be instantaneous and not stop until the power is cut, or the individual removes their finger/ arm/ cock, whatever.
A voltage on a neutral line may mimic what you have described, but it is seriously unlikely without major electrical issues. Again though, we don’t know where OP’s from, nor the wiring standards.

If your PC is giving you a shock each time you touch it. I'd give an electrician a call to check your house's electric out.

I need an electrician?

Yes, there is likely an issue with your outlet.

Yes it is important, as you don't want it to get all high and mighty on you and it decides to not serve you anymore.

I had this issue a while back, my pc eletro shocked me every time I touch it, then I check the internals and my PSU was missing 2 out 4 isolation pods which are under the case so my PSU was touching my chasis, once I put back the isolation pods and sit properly the PSU leaving a gap underneath of it, there was no more eletro shock.

I think I will check it later, I think I miss that part too

Figured I'd put this out there since nobody bothered. Maybe OP lives in a country where grounding isn't standard, seen it before on other posts.

Either way; yes, grounding is very important. Outside of the risk of damaging your components, you also put yourself in danger too every time you touch it!

There are two major concerns here.

One: your case, you claim to give you an electric shock. I find this hard to believe, or the computer would’ve fried. There’s no secondary insulation between the components and the case, but it’s very low risk, so there is no need. I do not believe you when you say it’s electrocuting you.

Two: if it is electrocuting you, then you have a serious wiring problem in your home, mostly pertaining to an incomplete earth and a faulty MCB/ RCD/RCBO. I don’t know where in the world are, nor what your country’s wiring regulations are like, so I can’t comment.

i'm at Indonesia btw, I think my house has a bad grounding
