Changes in Akademgorodok

Just curious if anything has changed since 2017 (last time I was there). I've heard NSU (Novosibirsk State University) got new buildings, but wanted to know if there were any other major, or minor, changes over the time.

Maybe some stores changed near shopping mall, but idk about anything other.
