Tell me this... Local artist / illustrator wanted

I am in search of someone to commission a painting/drawing of a building in Newry that I would be gifting to a family member. I have had a search and it's been hard to find who to go to or ask. I am not in the artsy circles and I don't want an AI generated esty type print. Any ideas or recommendations?

I've got a personal friend who does this sort of thing, Dm contact details and I can send it along I don't think she's on socials, more of a gifted hobbyist

The gent in Warrenpoint has a gallery on the Main Street down near the bottom end (Whistledown).
