Is my family's beach house still there?

I thought I heard 225 Diamond Ave was torn down. My relatives just sold the house a few years ago and I was curious what's there now.

City records show this house as having been demolished for a new single family residence.

Thanks, I was curious cause Google Maps hasn't updated in a while. The house was the second I believe on the island and my family owned it for over 100 years. ☺️

Why would you say that? Just trying to stir up trouble with false accusations or don’t have historical proof of slavery in OC in the early 20th century? So weird.

I lived at 212 Diamond at UCI. Balboa was a great place to live!

My mom's family, The Hedgers and then The Schiefelbein's lived there ☺️ So many wonderful memories
