Housekeeper/Cleaning Rec

Looking for a diligent house cleaner to come once every 2 weeks in CDM. 1000 sq ft apartment no outdoor space. Need someone actually focused on proper maintenance and sanitation - not just making the place look "clean" and neatening up. 2 very clean people live in the unit its never truly dirty but owners require very diligent upkeep.

Understands how to clean without messing anything up. For example - the last cleaning person was fired because the day she left, the laundry machine leaked and caused awful water damage on the floors and laundry closet. This happened because while she was "cleaning" she partially dislodged the machine's seal.

I'm surprised she even cleaned the washing machine. That's not a common task

yup - she was not asked to do it nor was it on her bulleted list of what is included in the clean. the gasket was completely dry and already spotless. it was performative cleaning that ultimately cost us money and time. this is what we try to avoid
