Two things can be true at the same time:

  1. Graham Platner got a tattoo that shows, at the very least, very poor judgment.

  2. Kansas law only criminalizes public nudity if it's done for the express purpose of sexual gratification, so I never should have been arrested in the first place and it's a grave injustice that I even have to appeal this conviction in the first place.
