This would probably happen to me too tbh, I think I’m not really right

This is just depression tbh. Depression robs you of fundamental happiness in everything, a partner usually won't cure it.

People say "If you're not happy single then you won't be happy with a lover" seems true for this chap.

It's actually not a crime to stop loving someone.

This feels uncomfortably true.

Can't love someone if you don't love yourself

Touch grass and then touch go to a therapist

This is just untrue and people should stop repeating that. It just shames people with issues or low self esteem from even trying to find happiness, and has no source in any psychological studies whatsoever

Well not grass but exercise does do that.

I actually think therapy is the most overrated option. If medications are equally effective and don't cost as much, i don't see it making much sense. People also don't realize therapy has side effects too.

I do think that both grass and exercise is helpful in general, but I specifically referred to the first sentence. You very much can love someone if you don't love yourself, it's a common occurence even, and while working on yourself (whether by grass, exercise or an appriopriate therapy) is a worthy goal, it should not be turned into a burden that you have to do before finding happiness in society

Ohhhhh that mbmb.

I mean psychology isn't an absolute. Its more like

"If you don't love yourself there is a higher likelihood that you won't love others"
