***about the internship programme***

Made this post so we can keep each other in the loop if anyone hears back or gets any updates regarding the status of their application!

How did everyone find the games and interview? Did anyone remember their scores?

I just completed the HireVue interview and games for a NATO internship and am wondering if anyone knows what the rest of the process looks like as they choose interns!

So, what is the actual purpose of the HireVue games for the internship?
I feel like they don't really test anything useful for the positions. More like prolonged captcha.
The memory and math at least say something about persons intelligence, but the Portrait with 108 questions. is such a useless thing, straight out of r/recruitinghell . And why do I need to do it three times for each application, why can't I do it once?

I just found out about NATO YPP but the deadline is in less than 12h and I won’t be able to properly prepare the application within that time frame - so this opportunity eluded me.

My question is: Does anyone here happen to know when the next cycle would be estimated to open up? From what I read online there’s a annual to bi-annual cycle to a new intake.

Is this correct? I couldn’t find a reliable info on the last cycle deadline so couldn’t deduce from there.
