Episode Discussion Random watermelon

Just watched naked and afraid S19 E12. Why is there a random watermelon sitting in a tree as Joley and Kyle set up their shelter? You can see it clear as day at 11:35.

I don't think they did. Production didn't show us finding those. I wish they would have. And finding out they were unedible.

Are we talking about what looked like a watermelon which fooled most of us but turned out to be something that is not actually edible? If you search, you'll find it.

They have stated on Facebook, that the male survivalist find them day one. They were no were near ripe. I looked it up and apparently that area is were watermelons originally came from. The have wild ones and cultivated varieties.
