Episode Discussion 100% Hydration Bill.
On Season 18 episode 6. Bill and Jolie started off rough. He was a jerk to her. That made me not like him. But after she dug the well, his whole attitude changed. It was like he was a different person. After watching it for a second time I decided that I like him ok now. What does everyone else think?

It was frustrating to watch this episode. Bill was obsessed with that water, and didn’t really even seem interested or even excited when she got those food wins.
By the end he seemed to have had time for some sort of self-reflection and personal growth, so good for him. If he came out better for it, then that’s great.
The real silver lining, however, is that my husband and I now commonly will say to each other “I need to achieve 100% hydration.”

Hydration guy. I remember laughing about him in the original thread when the episode aired. He was a selfish clown.

ugh i just finished this one 20 minutes ago. hated him. he did nothing but complain about being thirsty because he was STRIPPING HIS BODY OF ELECTROLYTES by chugging water. his saying ‘it’s fine for me’ when she was crying struggling on an hour and a half of sleep in four days set me off.
then at the end when they got to the extraction site he kept saying shit like ‘I did it, where’s MY boat? why aren’t they here for ME?’ not us, you know, the woman who did everything while you were boiling freaking water!?
hated the guy. no wonder he’s single at 37, just like he said. the me me me attitude is so exhausting.

I suspect it was the way it was produced, but also why come on naked and afraid going on about your relationship status and saying you are ready to meet someone (on naked and afraid?!). Survival should be the focus not getting your rocks off

I believe he was sp thirsty because he was an alcoholic. That why his friends called him Bud Light Bill.

Absolute dbag. She carried him the whole way. If it weren't for her he probably would've tapped out. His needs prioritized hers, when all she wanted was some sleep. Also it's impossible to meet 100 % hydration. Like someone mentioned above, he probably did feel like he needed more water if he's a big drinker. Either way he was an ass through and through.

Complete douche. Commenting on her appearance was creepy and the hydration thing was ridiculous. One of my least favorite ever

I’m watching this episode now. Ugh, water, water and more water. He referred to her lack of needs as non essential. What? Sleep is essential.
He will stay single

He did nothing to help his own situation. If he was so concerned about his hydration, why is she digging the well. Dude was a tool.
