Question help me identify this sound

Hi folks,

I'm looking for the name of this specific synthetic percussion sound. Can be heard here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=itXOrCkGxoY at 2:15. I am sure it must be from one of the roland drum machines, but which one is i and what is it called? Thanks!

It’s close to an 808 high tom

Thanks, I thought the same, but when i pitch up a 808 tom it just sounds different. Close, but still different

i dont know the exact origin tho.
