Anyone in the hobby in Tajikistan

Hi all,

I want to keep up with the hobby, but searching online for how to do this in Tajikistan /Dushanbe is not going so well.

Here is my long shot query;

Is anyone involved in the hobby, and also, in or from Tajikistan?

If so;

Is there a shop you could reccomend for supplies / models/ matches?

Or is the only option to travel in stocked up / utilize a site such as ubuy.tj?

Any alternative to this site or advice on online ordering in Tajikistan in general would be greatly appreciated!

Some of the prices I have seen there are far and away from normal.

Thanks in advance! Cheers.

Could try ordering online from some of the East Asia online stores, like Hobby Easy or LuckyModel - at least they let you select Tajikistan from the dropdown list when choosing shipping.

Else, I'd just bring a few kits back with you the next time you're abroad. For supplies, try working with what artists supplies there may be around you.

Hey there! Thank you so much for the direction. I will look into and follow up those suggestions.

Havent gotten there just yet, but feeling like arriving with enough at least build and paint may be the play.

Appreciate the input :).

Yeah I get what you’re saying, it can be quite difficult to find hobby supplies locally in places like Tajikistan, especially for something specific like model kits. In most cases people end up relying on international platforms or bringing items along when they travel, and services like Ubuy are actually one of the more convenient options since they do ship to regions where availability is limited. You could still explore options like eBay or AliExpress or try finding small local communities online, but overall ordering online or planning ahead while traveling tends to be the most practical approach. Hope you’re able to continue your hobby smoothly
