Discusson Working for Natera

Anyone here currently work, or previously worked for Natera?
I got a job offer from them which is in the six figure range but their employer reviews on indeed are kinda low. Just curious if anyone had any first hand knowledge of what it like working for them.
*EDIT*
To clarify, the position is remote. So essentially it’s working as a liaison between outside labs who work with Natera.

if you’re worried just call hr and dig into schedule, expectations, metrics, benefits and pto. also ask about turnover in that lab. glassdoor and indeed reviews are noisy but often point to real issues

Nothing wrong with trying it and getting a boost in pay for a while. As long as it doesn’t come with a contract for minimum stay time

Depends on the department you’re working for.

I work remotely for Natera and i like it so far. The pay kinda sucks and the PTO sucks for the first year, but other than that, I like it

I think it is team dependent but I really enjoy working there. Also I feel like Glassdoor reviews can be a bit skewed by disgruntled former employees that are more likely to post reviews, as opposed to people who are happy working there.
