Car service recommendations

Car needs an annual service soon. I went with SRG last year and I was happy with the service provided but I’ve heard some people on here had bad things to say about them which has caused me to think about going elsewhere. Any recommendations?

Age of car, type of car, Make Model etc helps me a bit.
