(I'm gonna randomly comment on this a lot, but...) What line(s) from any song, any song at all, come up in your mind just whenever?

Death is harder to come by than it is to breathe

This line hits different when you see it written out like that.

I wish I’d asked her to write it out for me during VIP this tour. It’s one of my favorite lyrics of hers ever. As someone with multiple attempts on my life, it hits a bit harder 😂🥹

  1. “always darker days before brighter ones”
  2. the chorus in oil and water
  3. the chorus in speeding
  4. the german part in surface tension
  5. basically any part from same sea (i usually get stuck on “going the distance, every occasion, headed for somewhere outta the way…” and go from there)

bonus: the other day it was “so come pop those sunnies, yes you wanna shake that bodyy” followed by “if you got a cup come fill it, if you got a type come KICK ITTT”

(i have adhd, my head is its own playlist lol)

You get my upvote because the whole "my head is its own playlist" is such a real thing LMAO. Every morning without fail I wake up with some song playing in my head, it's usually the one I end up playing later on when I take my partner to work 😅

Recently it's been "It's harder when I wanna leave but it's easy that I never see that you're keeping me at the bottom"

I left a 4+ year absolutely horrible relationship/partnership last November and I have listened to this song so many times both before and after. This song encapsulated all of the pain and the drowning feeling that I've had for so long in such a powerful way.

I’m not a lost cause, I’m just stuck in a spot.

A little reminder to myself when I’m feeling low

I always say I’m the happiest sad girl you’ll ever meet

As someone who has been in and out of severe depressive episodes most of my life but has always had to mask and put on a good show, okay okay felt like an anthem to me lol
