Creepy Calendar: Summer 2026: strange & unusual events around town

Mark yer calendars! Lotsa stuff coming up in the next few months - and likely more, just not locked in yet! And yes, the next Interzone is HACKERS (the movie) themed.

Example listing:
6/20 (date of event)
Interzone (name of event, performer name, etc - in this case Interzone is the event name)
Al’s Bar (venue)

Each line on the flyer is a different event. Many events have their own online presence, or individual flyers. A lot of the event details can be found on Instagram, Facebook, or infinite.industries

Good point! They do a lot of billboard marketing though, I don’t think they need me to put them on a flyer of underground stuff.

not entirely sure what it is beyond a monthly thing at al's bar, could be a dj night or live music or some kind of performance art situation, but whatever it is they're clearly all in on the spooky aesthetic and i respect that energy.

Invocation of Shadows is a monthly goth night. There are always DJs and usually live music as well.

Shout-out Jo! Slender fella, long black hair, leather jacket. He's been doing regular live dj sets on goth nights for a while.

If you've had a chance to dig it, check out the other two piece project he's in, Name For A Barbarian.

He's been putting in work for a while and like most talented artist, doesn't do much advertising.

Hell of a bike mechanic too.

What is Interzone XVI: Hackers?

It's a DJ and performance night. June's is Hackers (the film, 1995) themed. There will be vendors, drag/burlesque, etc. It started as a goth night and the music is mostly in that realm, but performances and stuff are all over the map. If it sounds interesting to you, come check it out!
