Rant: I just want to live my youth normally
A group of suicidal maniacs have decided to trigger a genocidal fucking beast against us. Delusional religious war addicts, they're ruining the lives of innocent people around them. We knew we would only take hits in this war.
I ache for our displaced brothers and sisters all around lebanon, none of them had a say in this.
I can't live like that anymore. I miss my daily routine so much. We had ambitions, projects, community, and now everything stopped. Heartbreaking.
When is all this madness gonna end. I just want to live my youth normally.
If you go to the West, dont be a Hez love or bring family who are. That shit has ruined Lebanon, dont bring that over to foreign countries or they'll stop welcoming us. Don't make us the next Palestinians.
If you are not a religious nuts, just leave that country. There are not future for normal people in the middle east. Embrace atheism and be happy somewhere else
How? lol i speak 3 languages fluently im really good at something i want to study and i have a solid portfolio and im 18 tho no family outside no money no way of getting out nothing
Look for a school you want to go to outside of Lebanon and grind as much as possible to save around two semesters worth of tuition + rent for 6 months or so to give yourself a runway then apply. If you get accepted you shouldnât really have a problem with a visa. Also you say portfolio, look online for exhibition grants etc to make extra money and keep improving the portfolio. Once you are abroad and have some money saved you can get a part time job and at least start making money even if not a ton to survive. And once you are in school abroadâŠmake sure to keep improving your skills and portfolio so someone will take a chance on hiring a non-citizen. Hard work but def possible
Don't be delusional about Israel, the people in power there also dream of making the prophecies true, they are religious nuts trying to bring on the apocalypse
Did Iran attack Israel first? The truth is that until foreign powers are is the ME there will always be war (with this I also mean foreign powers inside lebanon including Iran financing hezb), they will always find an excuse to do what they want because there is nobody stopping them
Yes but the US generally stays the F away from Lebanon and doesnt use Lebanese lives to do suicide runs against its enemies. The US hasn't spread like cancer to every aspect of Lebanese society and assassinated our politicians.
Hez loving? Where did I say I support hezb? I dont, its clear hezb fights for Iran and not for lebanon, doesnt take a genius to figure this out especially now. I talked about the Middle East in my previous comment and its undeniable that the state of this part of the world is so fucked up because of the us and Israel/west intervention, not only directly but also by funding groups in the Middle East.
That kind of crazy people are an incredible small % of the population, religious nuts that love death and dream of dying of killing for religion are a big majority in the middle east (Jews and Muslims)
The small minority thatâs supported by governments and large amounts of citizens of western countries. Lots of those IOF arenât even religious, theyâre just land hungry zi0nists. ironically lots of the people like the pic I showed probably support Palestine in the âHoly warâ but thatâs another conversation.
so do Palestinians. and Libyans. and Syrians. and Iraqis. and Yemenis. and Iranians. this is what happens when the region you belong to has an ocean of oil under your feet and you're not strong enough to protect yourself from the forces of predation and imperialism.
I mean, that is just an abject lie and a reflection of your failed education system. while there was pockets of communal tension between Druze and Maronites etc, the Ottoman Middle East was a vastly more peaceful and stable place than Europe, who couldn't stop slaughtering each other on a Biblical scale

The only way is out sadly. No matter what people tell you about the west, peace is a true gem these days.
