Dairy makes me feel oddly cold

I know this may be odd and I’m unsure if anyone else experiences this, but I’ve known that I’m lactose intolerant since I was a child and have pretty much ignored it because I used to say “a movement is a movement”, due to unfortunate health issues I have to stop having dairy all together or with a lactose pill (I’m not doing this much). But I’ve come to realize that I think the reason I was always cold was milk? After I stopped I’ve been getting hot, mind you I’ve thought I’ve been anemic this entire time but my blood work has always come back negative, my nails turn blue for how cold my hands get, I’ll be shivering while someone else is sweating. Today I decided that I’d be ok having one smoothie and I’ve been unreasonably cold for 3 hours and this hasn’t happened in a while. And it’s not just with just milk it’s with anything that has dairy in it.
Is this a reaction that others have had? Or am I crazy and it has no correlation. I’m trying to connect the dots because I’m in a scary time of my life health wise/trying to understand things better.

Milk, or dairy, I've heard, is bad for your immune system. So maybe it's related?

If this is true it absolutely could be I’m still looking into it, I wasn’t able to mention this any doctor quite yet because I didn’t make a connection before today. But from the looks of it, it seems as though I’ve gone from just having an intolerance to being allergic to it.
