"Spot" shelf is a little more complete tonight
My 9 year Gold Spot just arrived today from IWA. I'm over the moon. And yes, it tastes fabulous.

Had this the other day for the first time. Absolutely sensational. I’ll be looking for one next week when I’m back home.

What's your favorite? I've had yellow and green spot. I really enjoyed the yellow. I have blue and red, I just haven't opened them yet.
Also, how's the writers tears double oaked?

My favorite is Red, but Blue is REALLY growing on me. I think it's because it's cask strength and I enjoy the little extra zest.
That having been said, they're all great :)
Writer's Tears Double Oaked is a solid whiskey - I like it better than the Copper Pot, and find it a bit warmer. Both of the WT's are on my top shelf because they were the first "fancy" whiskeys I acquired in my journey.

Might be my all-time favorite.
