Replay working but not the live channels on Google tv

I'm using iPlayer with a VPN in France. Recently all the live channels have stopped working, but the replays work fine on my Google TV.

The same configuration works fine (ie both the live channels and replay work) on my Android tablet.

Odd! Any ideas what's going on?

Although you are watching the same content, Google TV and Android tablet are likely using different streams, with different VPN detection criteria.
