Mailed PERM application 3 month ago still no case number
The lawyer mailed the PERM application on 2/27/2026. It was delivered 3/2/2026. But so far still no case number or receipt.
My employer contacted the helpdesk 3 times and got the same answer' The OFLC is in receipt of the mailed-in application.'.
The recruitment period end in 6/12/2026, I'm freaking out. Should we refile and efile this time? Anyone share the same experience?
